Consultations are conducted at Litfield House Medical Centre in Bristol, with monthly clinics in London.
- A full new patient consultation is for 1 - 1.5 hours and costs £150, including post-consultation correspondence.
- Follow-up consultations are £45 (20 mins telephone only) £85 (30 mins) £100 (45 mins) and £135 (60 minutes)
- Shorter new patient consultations (45 minutes) are available specifically for: Nutrigenomics testing Breast clinic follow-ups Very Well Man and Very Well Woman health checks Obaji skin care clinics Complementary cardiovascular screening clinics (Cardio Check)
- A pre-consultation questionnaire is sent out for completion and return prior to your appointment
- Test results are sent out to patients for discussion at the next consultation (unless urgent)
- Correspondence - Dr Hembry routinely writes to the patient's Consultant and/or GP so that they are aware of her involvement. She accepts patients with or without a referral from their doctor
- A cancellation charge of 50% consultation fee will be made for any unattended appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (except in exceptional circumstances)
